Jersey Mike’s Subs
Originating in New Jersey, this sandwich chain has been around since the 1950s. They serve made-to-order subs using locally grown meats, veggies and cheeses. They will slice the cheese right in front of the customer. They have hot and cold subs, and most people would order subs “Mike’s Way” which basically means you’re getting a sandwich with lettuce, onions, dried spices, tomatoes, and their signature topping called “the juice,” which has red-wine vinegar and olive oil.

Potbelly began as an antique shop.
