History

Mark DiMartino and his business partners Shannon Reilley and John Reynaud founded Tilted Kilt in 2003. Its first restaurant is located at Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Their initial concept was to put up a Celtic themed sports bar manned by beautiful servers dressed in plaid kilts and matching plaid bras. This concept became an instant hit and soon attracted national and global attention. Since then, Tilted Kilt has been growing across United States and Canada and they are still dedicated to provide a dining and drinking place where people can enjoy sports and friendly service at a reasonable price.

What They’re Famous For?

  • Scotch Eggs – deep fried Parmesan breaded soft-boiled chicken eggs wrapped in sweet and spicy sausages served with horseradish cream sauce.
  • Drunken Clams – fresh clams steamed in Guinness Stout, an Irish dry beer and then topped with garlic butter. Served with fresh baked garlic bread.
  • BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger – big and juicy all beef burger patty fire grilled and then topped with Applewood bacon, melted Cheddar Cheese, their very own Guinness BBQ sauce and crispy shoestring onions all sandwiched in a toasted premium bun and served with pile of French fries.
  • Classic Fish and Chips – fresh cod fish fillets battered with Samuel Adams Boston Lager and the deep fried to perfection. Served with crispy chips, fresh-made coleslaw and tartar sauce.
  • Mother Clucker Chicken Sandwich – fried or grilled breaded chicken fillet tossed in their signature Tilted Sauce sandwiched in toasted premium bun with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions, and served with French fries.
