History

In 1980, the first Elephant Bar opened in Lubbock, Texas. By February 2014, there were 29 restaurants across 7 states including California, Florida, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Missouri, and Nevada.

All of the restaurants in the Elephant Bar chain are well-loved for their extensive array of wines, spirits and beers, which are available at the bar and dining room. The wines, which can be ordered either on a per glass or per bottle basis, include award-winning varieties including but not limited to Moscato, Castello Del Poggio; White Zinfandel, Beringer; Riesling Chateau Ste. Michelle; and Pinot Grigio, Ruffino Lumina. The beer selection include draft and bottled beers with international and regional beers included.
