History

In 2004, Brad Friedlander opened the first Red, The Steakhouse restaurant in Cleveland. He soon expanded his restaurant business by opening in Miami in 2008 and the rest is still history being made. In all of his restaurants, Friedlander strives to introduce his own brand of perfection and innovation from food preparation to presentation and, in the process, made Red, The Steakhouse such a hot commodity.

What It’s Famous For

Red, The Steakhouse prides itself on being the authority on steak. According to its owner and head chef, the steakhouses only works with the best from the steaks to the ingredients used in enhancing its flavors.

Why Eat Here

Upon entering the steakhouse, your first impression will be of the modern noir interiors with a surprisingly calming atmosphere. You will find the servers to be well-trained in their jobs while also being courteous, helpful, and attentive. You should immediately feel at home, so to speak, in the contemporary space especially when you are with your family and friends.

Red, The Steakhouse has plenty of reasons to be proud of its steak since each bite bursts with delicious flavors – and your plate will be cleared of food in no time!  You can enjoy a light snack or a full meal consisting of half a dozen oysters, filet mignon with truffle whipped potatoes, and a glass of Bordeaux followed by vanilla crème brulee. Your other choices include tuna steak, green beans, and salads, as well as risotto which are healthy choices, too.

You may take your Angus beef steak or New Zealand rack of lambs as is or generously sprinkle them with green peppercorn and chimichurri sauces. Your meal will be complete with sides, such as mac ‘n cheese and creamed corn as well as desserts.

You may also head on to the fully-stocked bar, which has more than 400 wines, private blends, and handmade cocktails.  You will appreciate it, too, that the bar remains open even after the kitchen has closed for the day.

Indeed, Red, The Steakhouse is among the best places to get your fix of great-tasting steaks, refreshing drinks, and stimulating company!
